King's Business School is seeking a motivated and dynamic
HR Executive
to join our growing team in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Maintain healthy workplace culture and address grievances.
Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare HR related letters, contracts, and documentation.
Performance & Training Support
Assist in performance management processes (evaluations, appraisals).
Identify training needs and support in arranging learning programs.
Track employee development and engagement initiatives.
HR Administration
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance.
HR Strategy Support
Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
Support management in workforce planning and retention initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in HR or Business Management
2-3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within the education sector.
