Business Development Executives (Telecalling)

for our Sharjah-based operations. We are seeking motivated and confident candidates who can generate business leads, manage client interactions, and contribute to the company's growth. The role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, and promoting HR services to potential clients.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be currently residing inside the UAE.

9.5 hours per day (as per company requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound telecalling to potential clients to introduce company services Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients Maintain and update client databases and lead trackers Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure successful client engagement Promote HR recruitment and staffing services over the phone Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets Prepare basic reports on call activity and lead status Maintain professional communication and client relationship etiquette Work collaboratively with the business development and recruitment teams

Requirements:

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or business development preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Basic computer and CRM handling skills Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Good command of English; additional languages are a plus Presentable, confident, and goal-oriented personality Candidates

must be inside the UAE

Immediate joiners are preferred
