Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and assist in managing HR databases and reporting obligations.
Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes.
Perform other HR-related tasks as necessary.
