*Handling PMS Projects
*Analyzing the current HR Mechanism and Identifying the GAP.
*Develop Organization Structure, JD, KRA, KPI's
*Implementation of SOPs, HR Policies, Performance Matrix, etc. Minimum 5 to 6 years experience in HR (Assistant Manager HR/ HR Generalist/ HR Operations) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Master's (Preferred)
- HR: 5 years (Required)
