Human Capital Project Manager
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Provide support to Human Capital project professionals and develop project management capable workforce Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements Maintain all work according to program office procedures Conduct project self-assessment to ensure projects are in compliance with the Human Capital VP Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies Control Projects, review and monitor projects regularly as per the required timeline. Create weekly and monthly projects & KPI Dashboard.
Prefer candidates should have any of the below professional certificates :
Project Management Professional. AIPMO Practitioner Certified Agile Project Manager Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green and Black Belt) Prefer candidates should have:
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Project management / or PMO University Degree Holder.
