Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to Human Capital project professionals and develop project management capable workforce
- Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements
- Maintain all work according to program office procedures
- Conduct project self-assessment to ensure projects are in compliance with the Human Capital VP
- Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies
- Control Projects, review and monitor projects regularly as per the required timeline.
- Create weekly and monthly projects & KPI Dashboard.
- Project Management Professional.
- AIPMO Practitioner Certified
- Agile Project Manager
- Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green and Black Belt)
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Project management / or PMO
- University Degree Holder.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Project Management/PMO: 5 years (Preferred)
- Human Capital Projects: 5 years (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (Preferred)
- AIPMO Practitioner Certified (Preferred)
- Agile Project Manager (Preferred)
- Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green and Black Belt) (Preferred)
