I am currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity to be based in Abu Dhabi, for a Human Capital Manager within Financial Services.
The role will provide HR support to all departments by developing, enhancing and implementing various policies, procedures and systems and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, employees and senior management.
Duties will include \xe2\x80\x93
Conducting the full cycle of sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding new employees
In charge of managing the full immigration process with the support of the PRO Administrators
Maintaining a list of all consultants including expiration date of all contracts and taking necessary steps to ensure renewal or termination
In charge of Microsoft Dynamics HR System
Run monthly payroll through Dynamics
Oversee and run all aspects of HR administration
Ensure that the employee filing system are maintained and/or archived appropriately
Maintain existing HR documents and templates and enhance as required for various HR Policies and employment regulations
Oversee the maintenance a current and updated list of corporate insurance policies
In charge of collection of data and submission to various survey providers such as McLagan, Aon Hewitt and Mercer
Ability to act as HRBP to the business when consulted on compensation
Research best in practice policies and review various policies and procedures frequently
You must have regional experience and be based in Abu Dhabi with a financial services background. Arabic speaking is preferred.
