Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with company and client requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and hazard identification (HAZID) for ongoing and new operations.
Support operational teams in maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a strong HSE culture.
Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards, regulations, and industry codes.
Prepare and deliver HSE training and awareness sessions for site personnel and contractors.
Monitor and audit site activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Maintain HSE documentation, including safety data sheets (SDS), inspection checklists, permits to work, and reports.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities for permits, inspections, and reporting.
Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
Assist in the preparation of project-specific HSE plans and documents during bidding and execution stages.
Qualifications
B.E Instrumentation Engineering, B.E Civil Engineering, B.E Chemical Engineering, B-Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Desire candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. Offshore Oil & Gas Experience is Mandatory NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory). Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 is an advantage. H2S and confined space entry certification preferred.
