Job Overview
Reporting to the Group Senior Manager - HSE Training and Programme Management, this role supports the development and coordination of HSE training programs aligned with organizational goals and international safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, content development capabilities, and a passion for driving cultural change through engaging and effective safety training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, support, and implement HSE training courses and development programs across the global group
• Monitor training data and KPIs to assess program performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
• Lead or support the project management of future HSE training curriculum and delivery plans
• Ensure course materials meet internal standards and reflect best practices in safety and compliance
• Review and continuously improve existing programs for engagement, effectiveness, and retention
• Promote and manage global HSE initiatives such as SafeLeader, TakeTime, Stop Work Authority, and Commitments We Live By
• Organize and support HSE workshops, seminars, and internal conferences
• Contribute to the development of the GHSE Training Academy HUB and digital learning platforms
• Create eLearning content in line with DP World branding and global communication guidelines
• Act as an HSE ambassador, promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and excellence throughout the organization
• Perform additional duties as required to support corporate safety objectives

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing and implementing corporate training programs, ideally in international environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse global teams
• Knowledge or experience in eLearning design and content creation is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to align programs with brand and compliance standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality
