Develop, implement, and manage QHSE management systems across a dispersed portfolio.
Ensure full compliance with international standards (e.g. ISO 45001, NFPA) and Qatari regulations.
Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Deliver QHSE training programs to staff and suppliers.
Advise and instruct teams on health and safety-related topics.
Enforce preventative measures and stop any unsafe acts or practices.
Prepare incident reports and provide statistical data to management.
Investigate workplace accidents and determine root causes.
Assist in emergency response, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security breaches.
Support site supervisors as required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (mandatory)
Experience: 5-7 years in HSE roles, with strong data analysis & reporting skills.
Industry Background:
Experience in soft services or facilities management is an added advantage.
