Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Prepare and maintain HSE reports, incident records, and safety documentation
Ensure QA/QC compliance as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Review method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and checklists
Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients
Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions on site
Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant HSE / QA / QC experience in the UAE
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
NEBOSH certification is mandatory
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and quality standards
Ability to work independently on site
