Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer

with at least

3 years of UAE experience

to join our team. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards, promoting a safe workplace for all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HSE management systems in compliance with UAE labor laws, local authority requirements, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working practices. Monitor and report HSE performance, incidents, and non-conformities; ensure proper investigation and implementation of corrective actions. Deliver safety induction, toolbox talks, and training sessions to employees and subcontractors. Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety gear. Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills as required. Maintain documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities. Promote a proactive HSE culture across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Degree. NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (mandatory). Minimum

3 years of proven HSE experience in the UAE

(construction sector preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and report writing. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
