Implement site HSE plan, conduct inspections/inductions, and drive proactive risk management on an O&G project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead toolbox talks, inductions, JSAs, and risk assessments.
Perform site inspections; report incidents/near-misses and track corrective actions.
Ensure PTW compliance, emergency readiness, and HSE reporting.
Liaise with client/contractor teams and promote safe behaviors.
Qualifications
NEBOSH (mandatory); 2+ years HSE experience (GCC O&G).
Strong knowledge of PTW, confined space, working-at-height.
Good reporting and communication skills.
