Implement and enforce company HSE policies and procedures at the site level.
Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Monitor and report on health and safety performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and regular training sessions for staff and subcontractors.
Ensure all safety equipment and PPE are available, used correctly, and maintained.
Maintain proper documentation, including inspection checklists, permits, and safety records.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with local HSE laws and regulations.
Promote a strong safety culture across the organization through education and engagement.
Support emergency preparedness and response plans and lead periodic drills.
Requirements:
Certification in
NEBOSH IGC
is mandatory.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
, in oil & gas plants.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management practices.
Good communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic site environment.
Proficient in MS Office and HSE management systems.
