Implement and monitor all school HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
Ensure compliance with local authorities, Civil Defense, and MoE safety standards.
Coordinate emergency drills, evacuation plans, and safety training.
Maintain safety records, reports, and incident logs.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Train staff and students on HSE guidelines and best practices.
Ensure safe practices in laboratories, classrooms, playgrounds, and school facilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; HSE certifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH are preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in a school environment in the UAE is mandatory.
MoE approval is required.
Strong knowledge of UAE health & safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
