3-5 Years (High-Rise / Tower Construction Mandatory)
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HSE Officer
to join our high-rise construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tower projects and a strong understanding of UAE regulatory safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce project HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans across high-rise construction activities.
Conduct daily site inspections and proactively identify hazards, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Monitor high-risk tasks including work at height, scaffolding, crane operations, lifting activities, and facade works.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain safety documents (RA, RAMS, PTW, incident reports, emergency plans).
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defense, and other authorities.
Support investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring proper root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
Conduct emergency drills, evacuation exercises and ensure readiness of all safety equipment.
Coordinate with subcontractors to verify adherence to site HSE requirements.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports to project management.
Requirements
In-depth understanding of UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD, DM, Trakhees, etc.).
Diploma or degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
NEBOSH IGC mandatory
; IOSH/OSHA certifications are an advantage.
3-5 years UAE experience
in high-rise building construction is required.
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, scaffolding, lifting operations, and working-at-height protocols.
Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu preferred for worker coordination

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
