Key Responsibilities:

Qualifiaction: B.E/ B.TECH ( Electrical Engineer)

HSE: Project Execution and Monitoring:

Monitor daily project tasks to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Conduct HSE audits at project sites and workshops and prepare internal HSE Audit report for every project. Record positive practices along with photographs (wherever permissible) in the internal audit report and report HSE violations wherever applicable. Violations and negative observations must be recorded and addressed through toolbox talks and corrective action reports. Effectiveness of this must be assessed to ensure zero repeat instances of such violations.

Project Planning and Initiation:

Lead the development of project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Maintain Work Schedule for all activities as per scope of work. Prepare risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies Coordinate with Sales head for documentation of Authority Approvals.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

Oversee the execution of project activities on site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Chair project kick-off meeting, conduct weekly progress reviews, status meetings and performance evaluations to track project metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Project Closure and Evaluation:

Lead the formal closure of projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed, and project objectives are met. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance against predefined metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
