HSE Officer cum Fire Warden

for a

temporary 3-month assignment

to oversee health, safety, and fire safety compliance at our project sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Work Location:

On-site in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on site Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE standards Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE training to workers Act as the designated Fire Warden: conduct fire drills, ensure fire safety protocols, and manage emergency evacuations Investigate incidents/near misses and submit reports with corrective actions Liaise with project management, subcontractors, and local authorities on HSE matters

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Health & Safety or related field NEBOSH / IOSH certification is mandatory Must be certified or trained as a Fire Warden Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE interior fit-out or construction industry Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws and regulations Good communication and reporting skills Must be available to join immediately and work on-site
