We are seeking a qualified and experienced

HSE Officer

to join our team for ongoing and upcoming

building construction projects

. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure full compliance with

OSHAD

(ADOSH) requirements and local regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain company HSE policies and procedures on-site. Ensure compliance with OSHAD-SF (ADOSH) and other relevant HSE regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. Prepare HSE reports, accident/incident investigations, and corrective action plans. Deliver HSE inductions and tool-box talks to all site personnel. Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and government authorities regarding safety compliance. Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation as per project and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years

of experience in

building construction HSE roles

. Valid

OSHAD certificate

(ADOSH) (Practitioner or equivalent). NEBOSH IGC or equivalent international HSE qualification is preferred. Familiarity with UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Additional HSE certifications (e.g., ISO 45001, First Aid, Fire Safety) are an advantage. Experience working on multi-story building projects is a plus.
