Job Title: HSE Officer - Civil Construction Project

Salary: AED 4,500 - AED 5,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our civil construction project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Ensure toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety training sessions are conducted regularly.
Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific HSE plans and emergency response procedures.
Maintain all HSE records, including inspection reports, training logs, and incident logs.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to enforce safety compliance.
Ensure that all workers wear the appropriate PPE and follow safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in HSE roles within the civil construction industry (UAE experience preferred).
In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.
Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced construction environment.
