to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies on active project sites across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a safety-first culture, and proactively identifying site risks to prevent incidents.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments
Monitor work activities for HSE compliance and enforce safety protocols
Deliver toolbox talks and site inductions to workers and subcontractors
Ensure proper PPE use and maintenance of HSE records
Coordinate emergency response drills and incident investigations
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies (e.g. DCD, DM)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Safety, Engineering, or relevant field
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
2+ years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
