Job Description
Job Purpose:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site safety activities to ensure construction operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company HSE policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement project-specific HSE plans and risk assessments at site level. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HSE Officers and Inspectors. Conduct site inspections and audits to identify unsafe acts and conditions. Liaise with site management, engineers, and subcontractors on HSE compliance. Review and verify work permits, method statements, and lifting plans. Monitor and report HSE performance indicators, incidents, and corrective actions. Lead emergency drills and ensure readiness of emergency response equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH
certifications required. Minimum8-10 years
experience in construction HSE supervision, with3-5 years in UAE
. Strong leadership, observation, and coordination skills.Job Type: Full-time
