Job Description

Actual: * Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Management system to ensure that it complies with the requirements of the current versions of ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17020 International Standards.

• To develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes, and controls, and ensure that the intended outputs are achieved.
• To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the system are planned and implemented.
• To assist in developing and conducting employee Continuous Quality, Health, and Safety Improvement training.
• To implement and assist with the maintenance of all Management System related activities.
• To provide a communication link between other departments within the operational unit.
• To maintain a master schedule of quality system auditing, updates, and reviews.
• To generate and/or coordinate the development of various reports regarding performance against quality indicators, as appropriate to the individual position (KPI's).
• To manage the communication and actions regarding incidences of non-conforming products.
• To develop and assist in implementing actions that result from the investigations of customer complaint.
• To carry out internal and external IMS Audits.
• To carry out investigations, monitor trends and report on findings, including recommendations for improvement, to resolve issues associated with our Inspection services.
• To make presentations and deliver training to promote the requirements of the Business Management System, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
• To assist in responding to the inquiries of internal and / or external auditors.
• BV Group Reporting Works - Green Hub, Monthly KPI Updates, Telematics, Trainings/STBT Update etc.
• Management Representative / TIQ for ARE 848.
• Managing FANR (Federal Authority for Nuclear regulations) documentation part - Safety & Security.
• Managing IRATA Accreditation Part.
• Assisting Site Team - As a Radiation Safety officer by conducting Radiation Surveys, Providing recommendations to the client for Safe Areas and etc..
• Trainings - Radiation Safety & Security, Job Performer & Radiation Protection Officer.
• Arranging External Trainings - From finding a suitable vendor step till final step submitting the Invoices to Accounts Team.
• Fleets Management - Tracking down IVMS for both Green Hub reporting, RAG Violations, Site Passing requirements fulfilling (From Finding a suitable ADNOC approved vendor step till final step submitting the Invoices to Accounts Team).
• Coordination with Client - Site Inductions, Initial Mobilization, Gate Pass data filing etc)

Minimum Qualifications Requirement: * NEBOSH - IGC

• HSE Diploma / Engineering / Any Degree.
• Min 3 years' experience in Oil and Gas projects in UAE / GCC Country.
• To ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during work in oil and gas projects.
• Responsible for identifying potential hazards, implementing control measures, and ensuring the safe execution of all site related activities.
• Knowledge in NDT activities - Optional.
• IMS Internal Auditing- 14K & 45K
