Job Description
We are hiring a qualified
HSE Engineer
with strong UAE experience inbuilding construction
, specificallyvillas and high-rise projects
. The ideal candidate should be well-versed withTrakhees, DM, and other local authority approvals
, and have a solid background in implementing HSE standards on-site.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at construction sites. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, Trakhees, Dubai Municipality (DM), and other authority requirements. Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety audits. Prepare and submit safety reports, incident investigations, and documentation. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for safety-related approvals. Train and supervise site personnel on HSE practices. Maintain proper documentation for all HSE records and approvals.
Requirements:
5+ years of UAE HSE experience
in villa and high-rise building projects. In-depth knowledge ofUAE HSE laws
,Trakhees
,DM
, and other relevant authorities. Validcertifications
: NEBOSH IGC (mandatory), OSHA/IOSH (preferred). Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to handle site emergencies and enforce safety standards.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(any discipline). Additional safety qualifications and authority registrations are a plus.Job Type: Full-time
