\xc2\xa7 Conduct risk assessments for infrastructure projects and recommend mitigation measures.
\xc2\xa7 Organize and conduct HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
\xc2\xa7 Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
