HSE Assistant

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Support risk assessments and incident investigations, preparing accurate reports and recommendations. Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident logs. Coordinate and assist in HSE training programs for employees and contractors. Monitor and report on workplace safety performance and environmental impact. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols. Assist in emergency preparedness planning and safety drills. Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HSE or a similar role. Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
