HSE Assistant

to join our team in

Dubai

. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about health, safety, and environmental standards and want to ensure workplace compliance and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Support in organizing HSE training sessions and awareness programs for staff. Assist in incident investigations and maintain accurate HSE records and reports. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) across teams. Monitor compliance with legal requirements, company safety rules, and ISO standards. Coordinate emergency drills and support risk assessments. Provide administrative support to the HSE department and help maintain documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Previous experience in an HSE role, preferably within logistics, transportation, or relocation services. Good knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the UAE. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH will be an added advantage.
