Job Description
Seeking candidates for a contracting company. Responsible for Recruiting Manpower and Workers from outside country. Can arrange interview for labourers and workers. Can arrange for candidates resume and coordinate with technical team for shortlisting candidates. Prepare documentation and arrange for all governmental procedures for recruitment. Assess all qualification and process for visa ,insurance and all travels. Responsible for Accommodation, Transportation, Visa, Joining procedures , WPS salary , etc. Can participate in developing HR policies and enforce the same in the organization. Required skills. 1) Multilingual, 2) Willing to travel. 3) Good Wise for developing HR policies and enforcing them. 4) good coordination skills. 5) Valid driving License. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma (Required)
- Recruiting: 3 years (Required)
- Manpower: 2 years (Preferred)
- UAE Driving Liscence (Required)
