Job Description

The purpose of the role of the HR Business Partner is to serve as a single point of contact in HR for UAE Omnichannel Retail BU and its staff (own employees as well as promoters on third party payroll) in order to bring in improvement in the areas of attrition, employee satisfaction, employee engagement & motivation and employee productivity. To execute the administrative duties, analysis, communications, and initiative implementation in order to bring about these improvements.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

Acts as a single point of the contact and advisor for the employees and managers in the UAE Omnichannel Retail division. Responsible for all activities related to Human Capital Management (own employees as well as Brand Promoters) which includes hiring, employee services, performance improvement, grievance redressals, employee engagement, manpower planning for new projects/events etc.

Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes for UAE Omnichannel Retail. Actively identifies gaps in HR Processes and then proposes, implement changes necessary to cover risks.

Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally

Build a strong business relationship with key stakeholders in UAE Omnichannel Retail

Analyze performance outcomes, and propose way forward for the High Potentials (HIPOs) employees in UAE Omnichannel Retail division. Assist in the development of succession plans for key talents and key job positions in liaison with the Business Head

Facilitate the Talent Pool process with regards to coordination and participation of/in assessments and selection

Act as the performance improvement advisor and provoke positive changes in people management by way of regularly monitoring productivity & performance

Handle escalated disciplinary cases in liaison with the Business Head and find resolution within agreed and defined timeframe

Coordinates with the Training SPOC on gaps identified with the business to effect changes and incorporate into development plans and ensure execution by establishing quantifiable ROI

Receives staff grievances and informs and advises the BU management of HR law, policy, and code of conduct/ethically accepted behavior in order to facilitate the decision making process and to identify gaps, create initiatives, evoke policy change discussion, take action etc Qualitative Requirements

Minimum 5 - 12 years' experience
Educational Qualification
Post Graduate
Professional Certifications
MBA in Human Resources
Skills & Abilities Expert working knowledge of Excel and good working knowledge of MS office packages Knowledge of HRMS
