Key Responsibilities
Advise management and employees on HR best practices.
Develop and implement welfare programs and assurance frameworks.
Conduct audits with authorities/clients; prepare WWS self-assessment & reports.
Handle grievances, conflict resolution, resignations, terminations, and exit interviews.
Oversee probation reviews, performance evaluation support, and policy compliance.
Investigate incidents, issue warning letters, and maintain records.
Manage RP issuance/renewal, gate pass, medical renewals, and insurance/compensation.
Conduct site and accommodation visits; resolve welfare issues.
Act as SPOC for external audits on welfare and accommodation standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor/Master in HR/Business Administration.
6-8 years' HR/Welfare experience.
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, grievance handling, and welfare standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and computer skills.
