Willing to Relocate to Offshore Sites Based on Project Requirements
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Offshore HR & Admin Officer
to manage human resource and administrative operations at our offshore project sites. The role requires excellent coordination with
clients, contractors, and project management teams
to ensure smooth HR processes, workforce management, and employee welfare in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of project personnel, ensuring all offshore passes, safety trainings, and medicals are valid.
Conduct onboarding and induction for new joiners at offshore sites.
Maintain accurate attendance, rotation schedules, and timesheets for payroll.
Act as the primary HR contact between offshore site, client, contractor, and Head Office.
Coordinate with client or main contractor representatives for manpower reports, gate passes, and compliance documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and welfare matters onboard.
Manage administrative tasks, including accommodation, logistics, meals, and petty cash.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, ADNOC standards, and company policies.
Prepare and submit weekly HR & admin reports to Head Office and Project Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of UAE Onsite HR & Admin experience
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and offshore HR procedures.(Preferred)
Excellent coordination and communication skills with clients, contractors, and site management.
Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, or timekeeping systems.
Ready to join immediately and relocate to offshore sites as required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
