Training delivery:
Facilitate or administer training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs, both in-person and online.
Evaluation and reporting:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through various metrics, gather feedback, and report on outcomes to management.
Collaboration:
Partner with department heads, HR business partners, and subject matter experts to ensure training is relevant and aligned with organizational strategy.
Continuous improvement:
Stay up-to-date on learning technologies and best practices, and incorporate new methods to improve program effectiveness.
Logistics and administration:
