to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for our maritime crew and shore-based staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all personnel are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and certifications to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.?
Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct training sessions covering STCW, MLC 2006, ISM Code, company-specific company and client policies
Assess training requirements through collaboration with department heads and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps.?
Ensure all training programs comply with UAE maritime regulations and international conventions.
Maintain and organize accurate records of training activities, certifications, and evaluations.?
Regularly review and update training materials to reflect the industry's best practices and regulatory changes.?
Work closely with recruitment teams, Crewing, and Operations teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.?
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field.?
Minimum of 3-5 years in crewing or maritime HR roles, with a focus on training and development.?
In-depth understanding of maritime regulations, crew management, and HR best practices.?
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in training software and MS Office
