We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
HR Trainer
to join our team. The HR Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support organizational goals. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training programs on HR-related topics such as onboarding, workplace policies, compliance, soft skills, and performance management. Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and learning opportunities. Customize training content to fit different departments, roles, and learning styles. Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, tests, and performance metrics. Collaborate with HR, department heads, and leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Stay current with HR laws, practices, and learning technologies to keep training content relevant. Create training manuals, job aids, and other instructional materials. Support the onboarding process by delivering orientation and training for new hires.
