We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Support staff for Recruitment
on a temporary basis to assist our HR department with sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should be on a
husband's visa
and have prior experience or strong interest in HR and talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules.
Communicate with candidates via email and phone to share updates and collect documents.
Support onboarding documentation including ID collections, contracts, and orientation preparation.
Maintain the recruitment database and track applicant statuses.
Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners if needed.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be under
husband's sponsorship
and eligible to work part-time in the UAE.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment support is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Contract Details:
Duration: [1- 3 months, extendable based on performance.
Working Hours: 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, 5 days a week.
Compensation: 4500-5000 AED.
