As an HR Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for building and implementing HR strategic documents that align with executive business goals. You will advise HR leadership by providing insights backed by internal data and external market trends, lead benchmarking initiatives, and prepare high-level presentations for executive teams. This role also involves coordinating cross-functional HR strategy integration and governance efforts to ensure program success.
What You'll Do

• Develop strategic HR documents that align with organizational goals and provide advisory input to HR leaders
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to inform HR policy and capability planning
• Translate insights into executive-level presentations for EXCO, HR leadership, and Board stakeholders
• Review and align strategic plans across HRBPs, CoEs, and shared services for cohesion and prioritization
• Lead data analysis, dashboarding, and performance tracking for HR initiatives
• Support HR program governance and ensure accountability through structured reviews
• Provide communication support for strategic HR messaging and stakeholder engagement

Ideal Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Strategy, Corporate Strategy, or People Advisory roles
• Deep understanding of HR functions including Talent, Performance, Rewards, Learning, and Workforce Planning
• Skilled in strategy development, data storytelling, and executive communications
• Strong knowledge of external benchmarking, HR technology, and analytics platforms
• Exceptional ability to synthesize insights and connect functional priorities with business outcomes
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders across different units
