Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are tailored to the needs of a marketing agency in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing, with a focus on identifying candidates with previous experience in a marketing agency
Work with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the unique requirements of a marketing agency
Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure new employees are set up for success in a marketing agency environment
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution, while also taking into account the unique demands of a marketing agency
Manage employee benefits, including enrollment and communication with insurance providers, while also considering the needs of a marketing agency workforce
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations as they relate to marketing agencies
Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs that are tailored to the needs of a marketing agency

Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law as they relate to marketing agencies
Experience managing the recruitment process and conducting interviews with a focus on identifying candidates with previous experience in a marketing agency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand the unique needs of a marketing agency workforce
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance the needs of the company and employees in a marketing agency environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing agency staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
SHRM or PHR certification preferred
