We’re looking for a skilled HR specialist to assist with employee relations, formulating policies, and adopt practices to help us grow and thrive. Our ideal profile is one with experience all around HR, including but not limited to- recruitment and selection, contract preparation, maintaining employee file and documentation, onboarding, exit interviews, etc. If you feel passionate about HR operations, we'd love to hear from you!
Role responsibilities:

  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hire, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Facilitating the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and performing reference checks, etc.
  • Ensuring that the balances of annual and sick leaves are up to date and all supporting documents are submitted if applicable.
  • Creating the official letters such (employment proofs, experience letters, etc.) and any other documents as required.
  • Issuing salary certificates (in Arabic).
  • Preparing and updating disciplinary sheet, end of service, etc.
  • Assisting in employee relations matters.

Role qualifications:

  • Saudi National.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor law, GOSI, Qiwa, MOL system, Muqeem system and other Government Agencies related to HR.
  • University degree or diploma in HR, Management or in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated work experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail, impeccable organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written, native Arabic.
