To support HR administration and projects such as creating referral programs, updating policies, and overseeing the company hiring processes. Also, have knowledge about the updated labor legislation in Kuwait. Maintain and improve records that are related to employee profiles from potential, hiring, performance, leaves, improvement skills, and all HR functions.
About You
About You
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in human resources or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Administration & HR Support Functions.
- Knowledgeable L&D recruitment and payroll.
- Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic, and personable.
- Microsoft application user.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in Arabic and English
