The Role
Recruitment \xe2\x80\xa2 According to the actual business needs of the company and each department, prepares annual/monthly manpower allocation and develop an effective recruitment plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate and coordinate for Campus or Job Fair \xe2\x80\xa2 Guides and supervises orientation of new hires Remuneration Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Approve new employee\xe2\x80\x99s salary, and reviews payroll reports once every month. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leads and formulates salary adjustments \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommends promotions, transfers, demotions further training or salary adjustments to department head \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizes and conducts Performance Management Benefits Program Implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitates the implementation and availment of government legislated social contributions \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitates the availment other company benefits Organizational Development and Training \xe2\x80\xa2 Makes company policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines according to the development scale and management status of the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures accurate interpretation and implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures and existing guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops and implements training programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Crafts the HR budget annually. Employee Relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Implements the Code of Good Behavior and monitor violations to the Code of Discipline (e.g. Tardiness, Absences and etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Leads to coordinate various employee relations and labor disputes, harmoniously handle employee relations, and improve internal communication channels \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans and leads employee activities, Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervises management of company documents Administrative Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans and leads company Quarterly meetings, annual meetings and marketing activities etc., arranges reception for guests \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare any letters needed by company; to maintain and develop an efficient filing system for all confidential papers and letters \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinates the management of company materials(such as fixed asset and office supplies) and control the cost

Requirements
Education levels? \xe2\x80\xa2 Associate\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or above Major: \xe2\x80\xa2 Business Administration, Psychology and Human Resources Management related Experience? \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resource Practice Language Skill: \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent speaking and writing skills in English Computer Skill? \xe2\x80\xa2 High proficiency level
