Job Description
Responsibilities:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR systems
Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise software systems
- Assist in the transition of HR department from EBS to Oracle Fusion
- Ensure accurate and timely migration of employee data and records
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff on the new system
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR staff using the new system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR-related business processes are integrated with the new system
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
