Job Title: HR Specialist Duration: Full Time Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE Description: We are looking for a HR Specialist who will focus not only on tactical but strategic consulting on people and functional development to support business operations. In partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues will also shape, develop, and deliver HR plans and solutions. This role focuses on improving how HR delivers its services to the organization and includes re-aligning the work internal to HR, redesigning policies and processes, and increasing the use of self-service, automation, and existing technology to improve overall HR efficiency and employee experience. Responsibilities: Liaise with the respective HR section to ensure that HR support services for the business units are promptly delivered within the stipulated SLAs. Update self on the regulatory requirements/changes set by relevant government bodies; effectively communicate these to the HR team/management, to effect necessary changes, including but not limited to staffing of employees, deliverables etc. Provide necessary support to the Business/Support Unit Heads and HR Country Manager, in defining the current and future manpower needs of different business lines, to meet manpower requirements. Collaborate with the Recruitment team for sourcing, and respective Business/Support Unit Heads/Country Manager for interview of external/ internal candidates for vacant positions as per job/person specifications. Liaise with the recruitment team in generation within the parameters of approved C&B guidelines handle and ensure prompt issuance of Offer Letter. Provide procedural advice at all levels of grievance redressal hearings and ensure HR representation is duly made in the corrective action meetings, and appropriate communications are provided to the employee/(s). Ensure that the payroll related information of all employees uploaded in the system/ maintained are in line with procedural requirements and processed accurately to meet monthly pay runs. Work closely with the respective stakeholders in timely processing of monthly payroll for the on role/outsourced payroll employees, in accordance with statutory guidelines & terms and conditions of employment. Workforce planning and hands on approach in driving recruitment lifecycle for various positions, develop and executive highly productive, time-to-hire and- hiring costs, proven track record in executing contract hiring, full time, and contract to hire projects. Steering policies & initiatives for identifying high potential, high performing talent externally developing and implementing strategies to attract them and simultaneously providing accelerated developmental work assignments and training opportunities to retain and develop the talent. Serve as the point of contact for employment relations, compliance, and all other admin matters. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards. Requirements: An MBA in HR, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in Multinational/Large corporate companies, accountable for developing and delivering a forward thinking, business aligned HR strategy and supporting global senior leadership. To provide support on all employee life cycle HR processes in collaboration with key business stakeholders across the Elsewedy Divisions and should support for a cross functional deliverables based in North Africa, Middle East and Asian countries. Leads engagement teams to define a modern HR operating model that is oriented toward the world-class employee and digital service experience. Works with our technology, analytics, and adoption services peers to tailor comprehensive HR Transformation solutions for countries that provide value-driven outcomes. Must have a strong understanding of best practices in HR and must have worked in an organization that scaled up and was new age. Must be self-motivated, highly energetic, must be excited to work in a growth phase organization to build great culture and help in the scaling up of the organization. Good exposure in managing the Recruitment function independently with senior stakeholders is extremely important for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are highly desirable for the role, good command on PPT, XL skills and ability to be the face of the company and handling all the stake holders will be the prerequisites. Skills: Solid working experience in a payroll & HR Operation experience Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources or administrative position Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases Basic knowledge of labour laws Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Degree in Human Resources or related field.
