Hexcel is currently seeking an HR Specialist for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Preparing contracts of new hires, and update personnel data in Workday & Protime Process of recorded hours, overtime, absence, holidays... Prepare employee work papers on time, dispatch of pay slips, and mMaintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation Leading induction and exit process for employees Collect and prepare the data for processing payroll and all the attached reports Coordinate with the employee's transportation company & canteen provider, and manage employees claims Conduct & follow up of disciplinary actions Manage skills & training matrixes and archive training records

Qualifications: HR degree from: ENCG, ISCAE, HEM, or similar Experience of 2 years in automotive or aerospace industries is mandatory Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills Language: French- Fluent, English- Fluent
