About the Role
As an HR Specialist, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, providing comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our employees, from their first day onwards, while gaining hands-on expertise in UAE-specific HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Integration:
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners, including offer letter issuance, document collection, and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming first-day experience for all new employees.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Process employee data changes, promotions, transfers, and separations in the HR system.
  • Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
  • HR Operations & Support:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, NOCs, and experience certificates.
  • Compliance & Policy Administration:
  • Support in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring all HR practices are compliant with UAE Labor Law.
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile):
This role is ideal for you if you:
  • Have 1-3 years of prior HR experience (in any region) and are keen to establish your career in the UAE.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Are passionate about HR and driving positive, meaningful change within an organization.
  • Are a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are excited to handle onboarding and support the full employee lifecycle.
