Talent Acquisition - Tagalog speaker
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding Advertise job openings on multiple job board platforms Screen and select suitable candidates for shortlisting Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and follow-up communication Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees Provide support in employee performance management Ensuring compliance with all required documentation
REQUIREMENTS
2 years of UAE experience in recruitment Experience in construction industry Interviewing and Hiring skills Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and market hiring trends Preferably available immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
