We're looking for a
data-driven multitasker
with a
creative edge
! This hybrid role combines
lead auditing, CRM management (Bitrix), and graphic design
to support our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and analyze leads to improve conversions
Maintain and optimize Bitrix CRM records
Generate reports using Excel & Google Sheets
Support marketing with graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
Assist in daily admin and campaign tracking
Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleanup)
Experience with Bitrix CRM or similar platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Graphic design experience
using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva
Background in real estate, marketing, or lead management is a plus
