Sourcing and recruiting by utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, referrals etc.)
Screening and assessment by evaluating CV, conducting interviews (phone & in person) and using assessment tools to determine candidate suitability.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to UAE Labour Laws
Managing the recruitment process, including initial documentation, data tracking and reporting
Coordinating the issuance of Offer Letter to successful candidates and onboarding process
Contributing to the development and implementation of the recruitment strategies and initiatives
Handle and investigate employee complaints impartially and objectively
Key Skills & Qualifications
2-year UAE Experience is Mandatory
Must have experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate within a team
Able to join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
