We're Hiring - Arabic HR Recruitment Specialist (Real Estate) | Full-Time
Location: Dubai
Industry: Real Estate
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM | Monday to Saturday
Salary: AED 10,000 - 12,000/month
Are you a recruitment pro who knows how to spot top talent in real estate?
We're looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team full-time and lead our hiring across all departments -- especially sales agents admin, and marketing team
You Must Be:
Experienced in UAE real estate hiring (minimum 2-3 years)
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Sharp, fast, and confident on interviews & negotiations
Organized with deep knowledge of job boards, portals, and sourcing tools
Your Role Will Include:
Leading end-to-end recruitment (job ads, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Building strong pipelines for agents, admins, creatives, and more
Handling HR documentation, contracts, and onboarding formalities
Working closely with leadership to meet team expansion targets
