HR Recruitment Officer
LOCATION
Abu Dhabi UAE
The client will assist with visa and relocation if not local
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The recruitment specialist is to facilitate the hiring process, ensuring that the organization attracts and secures the right talent to meet its business objectives. The role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle and providing ongoing recruitment administration support.
QUALIFICATION/ CERTIFICATION / LICENSES
- Bachelors Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role within the
KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
- Previous experience in recruitment (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Weekly and monthly recruitment reports
- Posting and managing job advertisements
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Liaising with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
- Updating recruitment trackers and reports
- Handling ad-hoc recruitment and HR administration tasks
- Supporting candidates through the process until they are ready to join
- Manage trial shifts
AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 depending in experience DOE
