We are looking for a seasoned HR Recruitment Officer with at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition specifically within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: . End-to-end recruitment for construction-related roles . Talent sourcing, headhunting, and screening . Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future needs . Coordinating interviews and onboarding processes . Working closely with project managers to understand manpower needs . Managing ATS and recruitment databases . Ensuring timely hiring and compliance with labor regulations Requirements: . BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field . *Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Construction industry recruitment .
